Thankful

I've been feeling kind of mopey for the past week. The stress of moving and school, the twentieth anniversary of my mom's death and getting dumped (again) sucked the life out of me. Left to my own devices, I'd likely wallow in my woes a little longer. Fortunately for me (and all those around me), small/mid-sized boys don't tolerate mopiness.

There is no mope in a holiday weekend.  Just fun and family and good food.

Their attitude is contagious and for that I'm thankful.
